A Stable Childcare Experience
Children are typically in childcare services between 4 and 10 hours per day and who they will become will be partly based on this experience. We understand the important role we have in your child's growth and development. We meet the needs of your child and family through our:
Cooperation - We work with you and your child to develop consistency in their development at home and at school.
Stable Relationships - All of our teachers have been at Endeavor since Day 1. Your child will develop an emotionally stable relationship with their teacher and will not be faced with the uncertainty of constantly changing, inexperienced teachers.
Individualized Attention - Our small class sizes give us the ability to focus on your child's needs.
Personalized Curriculum - Our lesson plans are individually based and adapt to the needs and interests of your child.
Physical Activity - We firmly believe that exercise contributes significantly to the development of children. We are outside most days and when the weather doesn't permit your child will have the opportunity to ride bikes, run, and play in our "Big Room."
