Great Taste, Healthy, and Nutritious

We consider lunch and snacks an extremely important part of our childcare program. Studies show that children between the ages of 0-6 will develop their eating and exercise patterns during these years. Your child is in a constant state of growth. Their diet must provide enough calories and nutrients to support normal growth and development, physically and intellectually.

We partner with personal chef Tamara Whitfield to go above and beyond minimum requirements and provide your children with a healthy, nutritious, great tasting meal they will love. We serve organic, local when possible, and natural lunches to the children at their center.  All lunches are nutritionally well balanced and contain a minimum of:


1.5 oz of protein
1/2 cup fruit
1/2 cup of vegetables
1 oz of grains
3/4 cup of milk
